I’ve been an orange juice junkie my whole life, but I’ve been without it for a month now and just noticed my bottom teeth are definitely more yellow than before. I’m wondering if the two could be related. Is this a sign of a Vitamin C or some other vitamin deficiency?
This is from http://en.allexperts.com/q/Dentistry-966/toddlers-teeth-turning-yellow.htm
says: The yellow color is probably a surface stain. It is certainly not from a nutritional or vitamin deficiency, nor is it a symptom of an illness.

or can they only test for certain ones at a time??
can someone please find me info on severe mineral/vitamin deficiencies, how they are bought about and their effects….
can stressful circumstances cause such deficiencies??
ps im not being lazy im looking up these things on the net right now too but i would like to know if someone can find better info than me… better still if they are a professional and know enough about this or if they have experienced it themselves that is what i am really looking for…
thanks…

Doctors and the medical establishment don’t want you to know that there are healthy alternatives to using prescription psychiatric drugs.
Suicide, depression, and panic attacks can be alleviated by just using proper nutrition and plenty of vitamin and mineral supplements. It is too bad that most physicians don’t know about the nutrition deficiencies that cause mental distress. Look for the links in the video to get more information about magnesium and B vitamin supplements.

I’ve read that vitamin B12 stays in our bodies for months. Are there other vitamins that I wouldn’t need to consume daily?
Thanks.
Usually our body gets enough of most vitamins through foods, fruits and sunshine. So in a healthy state there is no need to take vitamins as meds. But sometimes like during menstruation period, pregnancy, infancy, etc there is a need for complementary vitamin. Fat-soluble vitamins like vit A and vit E remain longer in the body than water-soluble vit B or vit C. As group B vitamins are water-soluble, they usually will not be stored in the body for a long time. Anyway, for women Calcium-D tablets and multivitamin tablets seem to be adequate should there would be no ill-health.
